Demonstration boat:

We now have a Midge drift boat on display at the Pere Marquette
River Lodge in Baldwin Michigan. The Midge is a one or two person
drift boat.  This boat is available for a test float.  Call Frank Willets
at the lodge ( 231 745 3972) to reserve the drift boat.

This boat is equipped with:
Oars
Anchor release system (bring your own anchor)
Two life jackets
Trailer
Poly Tech 2 bottom, This is a bonded UHMW There are no
mechanical fasteners.
Poly Tech Plus bottom:

Poly Tech Plus is a bonded UHMW (ultra high molecular weight
plastic).  We use no mechanical fasteners.   UHMW is the most
abrasive resistant, toughest, slickest and fastest bottom material
ever used on the bottom of drift boats.

In the past UHMW had to be installed with mechanical fasteners
(screws, bolts or rivets).  UHMW  will expand and contract as the
temperature changes.  This expanding and contracting will
eventually loosen the mechanical fasteners and will allow water to
creep in.

With our system, using Poly Link Plus UHMW, there are no
mechanical fasteners which means no  links in the future.

With our boats Poly Link Plus can be applied to just the bottom or
also up the sides to protect the chine area. The Midge shown above
has both the bottom and chine area covered with 1/4" Poly Link
Plus.
